1. Shipping Cost
- Free Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your package will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
- Total Time: You can expect to receive your order within 6 to 9 business days from the day you place it.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unexpected carrier issues or severe weather. If there is a significant delay with your shipment, we will notify you immediately via email.
3. Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Tracking numbers usually become active and updated within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Ocarlife is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can assist you in processing a claim or arranging a replacement.
